Booking Policy
Clear and Simple Policies for a Smooth Experience
At Geminii Esthetics, your comfort, time, and satisfaction are always my priority. Please take a moment to review my booking policies before scheduling your appointment. These guidelines help me maintain a smooth, respectful, and stress free experience for every client.
Appointments
All services are available by appointment only. I recommend booking in advance so you can secure the time and date you prefer.

contact me directly. A valid payment method is required to reserve your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required for select services. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Deposits allow us to reserve dedicated time for each client and help minimize last-minute cancellations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least forty eight hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations made within less than forty eight hours and no call or no show appointments are treated the same.
- A fifty percent service fee will be charged to the card on file.
- Arriving more than ten minutes late may be treated as a cancellation if I cannot complete your service, and the same fifty percent fee may apply.
- Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments may affect your ability to book future services.
Late Arrivals
I offer a ten minute grace period. You must be inside the suite no later than ten minutes past your appointment start time.
If you arrive late and I cannot complete all scheduled services, you are still responsible for the full cost of the original appointment because that time was reserved for you.
Please text me if you are running late. I am often with another client and may not be able to answer phone calls. I will do my best to accommodate you if time permits.
Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and weather so you can arrive on time.
Minors
Clients under the age of eighteen must have a parent or legal guardian present to receive services.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact me within seventy two hours so I can schedule a complimentary touch up if needed.
Refunds
All service sales are final. I do not offer refunds on completed services.

Product returns may be exchanged or returned for studio credit if unopened and brought back within seven days of purchase.
Health and Safety
Your safety and comfort are very important to me. Please inform me of any allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before your service.
I maintain a clean, sanitized environment and follow strict hygiene protocols during every appointment.
Respectful Environment
Geminii Esthetics is a professional, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward me will result in the immediate end of the service and refusal of future appointments.
